These eight valentines are for the Star Trek fan with truly discerning taste when it comes to the more recent cinematic contributions to the franchise.

You know, the ones by JJ Abrams.

I’m sorry for that mean comment I just hate Star Trek reboot criticism. I can’t stand it, people who do it always seem like snobs, I mean why is it acceptable to make fun of fans of the reboot but not acceptable to make fun of people who hate it? I mean are the reboot haters trying to be dominant? Is it not acceptable to be a Star Trek fan and love the reboot films? It doesn’t make sense! I’ll continue in another comment

so up until this skit came on, i was excited for it as if it were a second birthday, and i figured so did its fans, because at the time i thought that fans will eat up anything, and then this sketch was like 50 kicks to the crotch, i honestly felt RAPED by this skit, i felt that there was no turning back after this! this skit made me fall into a hole it felt like, and now here i am, this skit is what warped my sense of reality past the point of no return, and therefore because of that skit i believe all star trek reboot haters are jerks, and it seems you are no exception!!

Christian, give it up with the hate, okay? Like it or not, right now Bad Robot controls Star Trek. Your purity bullshit about the Enterprise being underwater and Marcus’s uniform is annoying and stupid, and it does nothing to address the plots of the movie(s) in question.

Why not just admit that the franchise isn’t for you anymore, and move on?

Because I think addressing my feelings on the issue through interpretive memes is much funnier.
